After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

At Texas Children’s, it is everyone’s responsibility to report concerns of unethical, illegal or questionable activity. If you prefer to report your concern anonymously, you are encouraged to reach out to the Texas Children’s Confidential Hotline (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). The Hotline is hosted by a third-party vendor, EthicsPoint.
You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard. Retaliation for voicing concerns made in good faith is a violation of Texas Children’s policy.
